At The Beachwaver Co., we want you to love your hair tools and styling products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and opened hair care, may be ineligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
